Very happy with the experience.

Liked: The staff were amazing. Location was calm and quiet. Facilities were in pretty good shape and the shower had power! I didn’t need it, but was impressed by the complimentary use of the laundry facilities. Did I mention that the staff get an A+? I would stay in the future.
Disliked: “Didn’t like” is stronger language than I’d use. The bed was on the verge of needing to be replaced but was still pretty comfortable. The kitchen supplies were limited but worked for our stay.

Liked: The room for the most part was quite
Disliked: Refrigerator was noise, breakfast was disappointing, maintenance was subpart, lights out, caulking around the tub/shower was ugly, bed was uncomfortable.

Exceptional

Liked: Love staying at this place when I travel for work. Staff is amazing and everything is very clean. Great value

Passable

Disliked: Had to call multiple times to be picked up from the airport, stood outside waiting for an hour after being told "a couple minutes" and "15 minutes" three times with 4 calls.

Great for a short stay...

Liked: Breakfast was self serve with many options. The van transit to and from the airport and pretty much anywhere within 5miles was a fantastic perk that we really appreciated.
Disliked: It was a little far from anything: shopping, restaurants, etc. Fortunately this was offset by the complementary van transit.
