Awesome until alarms started
Liked: Location and rooms are awesome.!
Disliked: Alarm from several cars going off , security guard van alarm went off at 500 am and took forever to shut it off, woke us up and probably most the people staying there and the hotel next door....

Overcharged and poor quality.
Liked: Not much. We had a long history of staying years ago and can't believe the decline in service and aging of the place.
Disliked: Not much. We had a history staying at Larkspur past although many years ago. The chair arm chairs were crusted with filth, the shower head was flimsy and did not work, the coffee machine in room didn't work, the plastic holder in bathroom crashed to the floor after placing 2 items on it and made a load sound scaring us later in the afternoon. The bathroom smelled bad. The coffee in lobby was cold.

Needs new management
Liked: Only good thing about this place is the location. The convenience of having all the restaurants around you.
Disliked: Didn’t realize I booked a 1 bed. Went to front desk and the manager Antonio said it would be $90 more to upgrade to a room with 2 beds. The associate Cesar then corrected him and told him it’s not $90 it’s $40 more. I was okay with $40 upgrade to a 2 bed suite for my family. Got a new room, the new room was not ready. Took pictures to show them that all the cabinets were open and bathroom was used. Went back to the front desk which the associate said was his mistake for giving me the wrong room #. Human error no biggie. Finally got another key to a different room. We were there for 1 night. We were hanging out in the living room/ kitchen area did not go to the room until it was time to sleep. So we never touched the TV. We only used the living room TV. After leaving, the manager said we broke the bedroom TV the screen is cracked and now has to charge me. We never turned on the room TV or even touched it. He is fraud trying to upcharge everything he can. Besides this, this place is run down.

Decent place to stay.
Liked: The beds were really cozy, and I appreciated the separate living room area. Having a kitchen was very convenient. I went to a concert at Levi’s stadium which was a quick Uber drive away. There is a shipping center right across the street with restaurants, shopping, coffee, etc.. All in all the location is excellent.
Disliked: There was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower dispensers. The keys had continuous issues. The elevator seemed a bit off kilter which made for a slightly alarming ride.

Room was mediocre and not...
Liked: The air conditioning was set at a low temperature upon arrival. We received very good customer service from the night shift front desk agent.
Disliked: Broken table, wood veneer that stabbed my daughter, broken tile in the kitchen, broken fan into private suite, hot room, and a horrible staff member from the Sunnyvale Larkspur.
