Liked: Convenient location once we found it.
Disliked: It’s old, wallpaper coming off in bathroom, tv didn’t work, hard to regulate heating/thermostat, too few blankets on bed

Liked: The room was very spacious and clean, and the price was unbelievably reasonable. Breakfast was the perfect amount. No complaints. Will definitely look for a Larkspur whenever traveling in the future.

A comfortable and convenient place...

Liked: I had stayed at Larkspur Landing many times while traveling to Bellevue and enjoyed the hotel. So when my power and internet went out in severe storms, and was going to be out for almost a week, I checked Larkspur Landing and was thrilled to see they had a room available at a reasonable price. The location is very nice, rooms either face a nice mini-forest of trees or have a view of the mountains. The rooms are comfortable, and the full-featured kitchenette with dishes and pots is great for preparing meals. Grocery stores and restaurants are a short (walkable) distance. I always recommend Larkspur Landing to people traveling to the area, and they are always pleased.

Liked: The location. The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We were three people sharing a suite (two in the bed one on the couch). The couch was uncomfortable and when we asked for a duvet because it was cold, we had to wait for the next day. The rooms were not clean and smelled. Furthermore, the facilities were old and worn. We could see signs of the previous guests in both the rooms we stayed in - the cutlery was not clean and there was a pill laying on the bedroom floor

Great property - clean, friendly...

Liked: I stayed at Larkspur Landing due to an extended power outage at my house. I was able to get a room for 2 nights. Everyone was checking in at 3pm so there was a line at the check in desk. They were efficient and pleasant as they processed the large line of guests. Room were pleasant and quiet. I ended up leaving a day early as my power was restored early. I didn’t get breakfast, but it looked to meet most guest’s needs.
Disliked: Nothing that I can think of.
