Liked: The location, cleanliness,staff and spaciousness of the room are all positives. the only area of improvement required is figuring out how to treat the hard water. It takes forever to get the soap off.
Disliked: The hard water which made it close to impossible to get the soap off

Liked: close to U of M Eye Center, easy to get to from highway
Disliked: Because of changes there was no breakfast- which is what we stayed there for, And they promised "to go bags" to substitute- and they did not have enough so we had no breakfastThere are very few places to eat nearby. Not living in the city, we did not want to drive around much. It is kinda out away from much even fast foods. That is why we were planning on their hot breakfast items...
