Really enjoyed this proper resort.

Liked: It is an exceptional first rate resort with very nice facilities, golf club and nice amenities. It was very comfortable and enjoyable.

Lovely resort, beautiful room, excellent...

Disliked: In room coffee maker used pods. But it would only work with pods. Coffee pods were provided. But we do not drink coffee. We drink tea. The machine would not process just hot water for tea. It needed a pod. Hotel should offer tea pods in room too. Why do only coffee drinkers get complimentary pods?Not happy about this.

Liked: The facility was beautiful and exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the location was very convenient to many wineries and shopping.
Disliked: We had dinner in the restaurant one evening and were disappointed in the service and the food.

Lots to love about the...

Liked: The location is easy to get to. The staff was perfectly friendly. Loved the pool and hot tub.
Disliked: Woke up in the morning with bug bites all down my left side. Bed bugs? Possibly but not definitely. Made a report to the Loss Prevention Officer who took pictures and assured me that his supervisor would contact me. Haven't heard from them yet. My credit card was charged about $150 more than I was quoted by Booking and more than the receipt they sent me. I figure that's the "incidentals" charge that drops off but wasn't informed of that at check in. Was barked at by a club member who drove across the grass to tell me that I wasn't allowed on the cart path.
