A little gem

Liked: The owners were exceptional in their hospitality. We were moved to a ground floor room when Dan, the wife, discovered that the stairs were too much for us. Her attentiveness was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble and all done with a smile. Wei, her husband, cooked the delicious breakfast. The rooms were spotless and large and the car parking was a bonus. We shall be returning!

Liked: Excellent hotel and facilities and great location to seafront and Town centre. Dan is the jewel in the crown who looks after each and every guest with 1st class attention to detail and service with a smile. Yes the breakfast is "exceptional" as others have commented. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking at Llandudno for a visit.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel

Liked: Dan and Wei are fabulous hosts, the hotel is beautiful, rooms are immaculate and food and service of the very highest standard.
Disliked: Our room was a little smaller than expected but we managed fine for a night.
