Disliked: Nothing I didn't like but our room was basic with view facing woods and parking lot... The shower design in our room was not great as it saturates the entire bathroom floor to take shower. For the rate of the room, I was expecting a little more than the basic room we got, but it was clean with comfortable bed. Wonderful friendly staff. No real complaint.

Wouldn’t go back.

Liked: Location was beautiful! Could sit on balcony and watch deer, etc. Staff in restaurants were good.
Disliked: The welcoming staff…weren’t so welcoming. The “resort fee”…asked what it was for and said for charge in to the park and the water and coffee in the room. Were given a “free” pass at gate when entering the park and parking is “free”. Not. Two baby water bottles and few coffee pods. I’m still confused at the resort fee. Communication and staff explanation were lacking.

Service is 0.my car was damaged in parking for 3k, they told me -sorry we can’t do nothing.i have a killed snake front of my door!OMG IT WAS TERRIBLE!.my father told me to go there.Mr.Williams maybe your Resort was great but today looks like this place have a no owner!ShameOn you OWNERS!

Worst in my life

Liked: The place is beautiful but no service, i mean 0 ! Front of my door was snake, unprofessional all staff! Plus i blocked my cards, they was trying to charge me 2800$ when i talk whit them answer was-oo sorry it was nit me
Disliked: Be careful snakes and don’t wait good service, my car was damaged in parking. When i ask themWhat to do, manager says -we don’t know, no cameras, sorry
