A wonderful place to stay...

Liked: This is a well organised and presented hotel. It has plenty of old world charm with modern amenities. An easy walk to the castle and the other tourist places in town. Very comfortable room with easy access. Food and service in the hotel were really good and the staff were wonderful.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The hotel was amazing! The rooms were so spacious and clean. I would highly recommend eating at the restaurant too. Very good value for price and yummy food!! Highly recommend

We love Langtons normally but...

Liked: Heating in the room wasn’t working and it was very cold.

Great staff and location

Liked: Staff were excellent, we were celebrating an anniversary and they made an extra effort with the room. The food in the bar and bar staff were also excellent
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower wasn't great

Comfortable, easy, friendly staff. Lovely...

Liked: Lovely staff across all areas, reception, bars, restaurants, house keeping. Lots of space. Fortunate with weather while attending family wedding on 11 April. Outside early reception was perfect.
Disliked: Carrying heavy luggage up 2 flights of stairs, but I knew that when booked and understand why.
