Disappointed.

Liked: Location was okay.
Disliked: Breakfast poor quality and limited options. Duty manager trying to make conversation was actually rude. (Are you staying to get away from someone?)Long hairs left in the shower part way through the stay. (Nobody in the room had long hair). Lack of politeness from reception staff.Gym dirty.

Liked: The staff in particular were lovely - but hotel was much better quality than I had dared to hope, rooms large and very comfortable
Disliked: Unfortunately the Jacuzzi was not working - they did apologise profusely

Did the job but could...

Liked: Good location. Good dining area and Christmas night. Bed was comfy. Good drink making area/selection
Disliked: Room In need of refurbishment. Radiator not working so had floor heater instead. Room was freezing when first went it. The bathroom needed a paint retouch on ceiling and had mould visible around bath. Toilet didn’t flush well. Room 49.
