Lovely and relaxing

Liked: Beautiful, unique property just 15mins from Gatwick South Car Park. Staff are lovely and accommodating - nice relaxed atmosphere. Great way to start our holiday.

Liked: A welcoming and comfortable hotel with lots of character. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, bathroom included shower and bath and there were very nice high end toiletries. Staff were gracious and helpful. The food was good an served nicely.
Disliked: Service at breakfast and dinner was slow - I was told there was a new chef in the kitchen

Valentine in Gatwick

Liked: Room very spacious; big bed, and comfortable; bathtub fit two people;Valentine tasting menu was sensational;Warm both in room and bathroom;Country house feel was really apparent;Staff very welcoming.
Disliked: The water temperature in the shower was tricky to balance;No mini fridge;Would love a map of the grounds and surrounding land so we could explore more.

Liked: The staff at Langshott Manor were wonderful. Adding breakfast for our final day wasn't a problem and they had vegetarian and gluten free options available.The absolute most comfiest bed we've slept in.
Disliked: The heat was a bit overwhelming on the first night and with no option to turn down the radiator (due to age and historic style of property). We found cracking the windows open just a touch rectified this. I didn't quite master the shower temperature.

Excellent location for Gatwick.

Liked: The property was old and has plenty of character.
Disliked: The building was in need of some attention. For example the screws to the window blind in our bathroom was close to falling out and the electric fan in the bathroom didn’t appear to be working.
