Liked: Perfect location for a late arrival or an early departure from LGW. Hotel is less than 10 drive minutes from terminals.
Disliked: Whilst room service was available it finishes very early at 2030. Limited selection of spirits in bar.

Jane Seymour Room at Langshott...
Liked: The room was lovely. Had a patio that looked onto a duck pond.
Disliked: I found two items of appliances not working. A fan was broken had no control knob to switch on (which I needed to have working- even with rads turned off, it was boiling in the room). Also the hairdryer supplied was broken. It had two settings (hot and cold) I was getting cold air from both settings. Spoke to House Keeping they replaced. But again, I had issues with both appliances. The hairdryer had a rubber type coating, the rubber had perished and the hairdryer was sticky all over. The fan, was partly working - the knob to hold in one position was missing. But it did work.Just a recommendation, that the shower cubicle could have done with just one grab bar. Especially when letting room to anybody who has problems in steadying oneself. The hotel was aware I have Parkinson's and walked with a walking stick.Apart from that, I loved the room.
