Superb hotel and brilliant staff,...

Liked: The hotel is very well located in Manhattan with restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the rooms are modern and smart.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like about the hotel

Overpriced and overrated

Liked: Location. Location. Location !Staff was outstanding, went above and beyond to ensure all our requests and needs were met !
Disliked: Super uncomfortable beds.Noise level in the hallways and (outside, well can't be helped, it is New York after all)The cost of room service and the restaurant, it was over a 100$ pp for a business lunch, and 10$ for a soft drink with-in room dining !
