Disliked: 1. Window could not be open for fresh air 2. View from the room

Disappointing for the money paid,...

Liked: Room was ok, nothing special.
Disliked: Bar staff were very rude, poor beer. Had to send back twice as they were using the wrong gas on the draft. Took 45 minutes to correct, really disappointing for the money paid. Hairdryer was broken, breakfast was shocking. Crusty beans, cold sausages, rock hard hash browns. Would definitely not recommend.

Liked: Location great. Staff were fine.
Disliked: Cold room. Heating did not work and perhaps was not on. We were told that it was working but...Would have expected a full breakfast for the price paid.

Great hotel, fab staff but...

Liked: Quiet location near to Oxford Circus. Lovely bar/lounge area. Excellent friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Disliked: The bathroom needs an upgrade. It doesn’t match the quality of the rest of the hotel. Black mould was on the windows and the bathroom ceiling. New windows are required.

All-in-all a decent stay for...

Liked: All-in-all a decent stay for London taking into account accommodation prices in general. The location is ideal for getting around central attractions and areas and public transport is easily accessible. There are also two great breakfast places right by the hotel.
Disliked: I would not say that this was a value for money stay but accommodation in London is generally very expensive.

Nice hotel....Brilliant location!

Liked: The location was simply superb....walking distance from everywhere we wanted to visit.The staff were pleasant and efficient, and made our stay very pleasant.
Disliked: The room we had was quite small but perfectly adequate for a 2 night stay.This is not really a complaint -nitpicking really.
