Beautiful Restful Location

Liked: Beautiful apartment, sea views, views across Mooloolaba river and towards Caloundra. Location Location - beach, surf life savings club, main street all within 100-200 yards of Landmark Resort.
Disliked: N/A

Over all pleasant

Liked: They were able to change our apartment when I asked for a change due to my mother not able to use the spa bath/shower
Disliked: I think I booked the wrong apartment as the original room didn’t have a full sea viewThe new apartment looked out to the back of ugly shops

Disliked: cleaners did a poor job. Most items we specified were rectified.

Liked: The location was excellent for us and I suggest the majority of tourists. It is close to the beach and recreational/shopping/eateries'. A gentle walk to the wharf area where again was full of activities for a wide range of tourists.The underground car park was beneficial and safe and allowed easy come and go.Again the location was excellent
Disliked: We were very disappointed with the accommodation. The room was described as "Superior" and I wonder whether the person using this word had any grasp of the English language. Superior means; "of higher grade or quality" "greater in quantity or amount" "showing a consciousness or feeling of being better than or above others". For example, you just could not walk on either side of the bed .... there was only half a floor tile on either side!! I would suggest the health and safety aspect would be challenging!! The floors needed a good clean, particularly under the couch and bed.There was no towel rail in either the bathroom or kitchen areaWe understand we chose a studio unit, A SUPERIOR studio unit, but this unit could only be politely and properly described as "BASIC"!! It was not worth the tariff charged.

Disliked: Outdated and living area and balcony was very small. Not been redecorated since the 80s. No coffee or coffee machine. No toilet by the pool for kids.
