An extremely disappointing stay

Liked: It was a good price
Disliked: Very old furnishings Tub faucet leakedWhen we returned to look for a missing wallet it was found on the floor of our room which had been "cleaned", the cleaner didn't vacuum, she said one bed was not slept in (it was OBVIOUS it had been), so she had not changed the sheets

Disliked: Could'nt take advantage of the breakfast because it didnt start till 7 and i had to be at work at 7. you should have it start at 6 like most hotels

Disliked: We did not use the indoor pool but did walk in to check it out. Chlorine smell was so strong my eyes were watering.

The Landmark Motor Inn is...

Liked: It was close to where my conference took place. Parking was good. The desk clerk who checked us out was pleasant and easy to understand.
Disliked: The lobby, eating area off the lobby, and our rooms smelled of mothballs or disuse. We are not sure which best describes the smell. It was enough to cancel our stay had we known in time. The bathtub mat looked old and worn. Upon arrival to our rooms, we found them to be as cold as outdoors. It took 45 minutes to begin to warm up the rooms. We did not eat breakfast there the next morning because the selection was very limiting.
