Liked: I have been here before and will continue to come here for leisure! Nice location pretty hotel .
Disliked: This time the staff seemed sort of stand off ish so I didn’t engage much but in many days stayed a week no one offered to even sweep the mud out . Seemed like everyone was gone but I guess because of Christmas but regardless some of us were still there for the joy of the time .

Cozy Charm, Great Servcie, Fun...

Liked: Loved the charm of the hotel from the moment we walked in. The fire in the fireplace in the lobby, the welcoming chair groupings, the friendly staff. Our room was clean and cozy, large bathroom, comfy beds. Loved the upstairs bar - Crow's Nest. Staff was fun and knowledgeable, vibe was great.
Disliked: The room could use a dresser, but did like that there were two suitcase holders and a closet, so this is really nitpicking!

Liked: This iconic location offers the best views of Lake Superior one could hope for! Our room was large, comfortable and all very high quality. John who checked us in was incredible; friendly, professional and very helpful and recommended the Trivia Quiz to us which was turned out to be fantastic fun and a great way to spend the night! Everyone we met from the restaurant staff to the bar made us very welcome and matched the grandeur and quality of the Landmark Inn. Plenty of parking and coffee in the lobby in the morning as well!
Disliked: Nothing, this is a great location and well worth your time!

Liked: Liked the location to downtown and the on site bar/restaurant which has excellent food and service. Checkin staff were very helpful and pleasant.
