Nice clean room, a bit...

Liked: Clean , nice view of lake, parking
Disliked: No lift, staff wanted to sell breakfast, temperature of room too hot on top floor, staff not helpful suggesting places to eat in the area, just said Konstanz is the only place to eat … which was not true ?

Disliked: We would expect more friendlier behavior by the staff. Breakfast variety could be improved. The beds make very loud sound when turning on your side.

Great place, facilities and even...

Liked: I arrived very late, I was able to park right by the entrance - great. Carried my sleeping kid out of the car, a backback on my back and some groceries in my hand. The lady at the check-in counter just looked at us handed me the keys and wished us a good night.Of course I gave her my name but that was it - one of the most considerate things I encountered in hotels recently - thank you very much!The room was very spacious, had lots of windows, yet it was well heated. The beds were comfy and the hotel was nicely decorated. The kitchenette was also fully equipped. I love such places and will definitely be back when I'm around.

A hotel with a lot of potential

Liked: The hotel is situated in a quiet location, so you can actually enjoy the silence during your stay. The rooms on the 3rd floor have a great view of the lake and theyre quite spacios, with a kitchinette included (which is great if youre traveling with kids).The food at the restaurant is very fresh and tasty, I would highly recommed enjoying the breakfast and dinner there, during your stay.
Disliked: The room/bathroom could use a bit of upgrade in terms of the furniture and appliances.There is no elevator available, so for a family with a small baby and a lot of luggages like us, it was quite difficult taking the stairs up to the 3rd floor everytime.I guess the hosts could put a smile on their face more often, as the general vibe was not so welcoming, as you would expect in such a beautiful location.
