Beautiful, comfortable stay

Liked: The main manor house is beautiful, feels like stepping back in time. Our hotel room in the Botinca was comfortable and modern. Good size room and a very comfortable bed and bedding.
Disliked: The grounds will be nicer in summer time.

Dissapointing stay at Koetshuis

Liked: We stayed at the ‘high-end’ Koetshuis, but the experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we had trouble finding our room and had to walk all the way back to reception for directions—staff offered no assistance. The Koetshuis was under renovation, with building materials scattered around, making the atmosphere uninviting.The rooms still use traditional keys, and we couldn’t lock our door from the inside, which felt unsafe. The bathroom was outdated, tiles everywhere, bath in the bedroom, with a very old layout. Overall, it didn’t meet expectations for the price or its supposed ‘high-end’ status. Wouldn’t recommend until major improvements are made.

Liked: Very nice and quiet Place in a Green Environment, but rooms in our building only suitable in summer time.
Disliked: There was no heating in the bathroom which made it impossible to take a shower. The reception Said that this was a known structural issue in the Building where our room was situated. Rather astonishing that they would not mention this on their booking page and that they at all would Rent out such a room in Winter time.
