Liked: Beautiful estate in countryside, wonderful lake and gardens to stroll around. Most comfortable bed I have slept in.

disappointing hotel stay

Liked: a magnificent palace has a lot of characteristics and history, and the scenery was great like a fairytale film. The room size was good, and there was a variety of options for breakfast.
Disliked: My initial experience unfortunately fell short of expectations. Arriving late on New Year's Eve, I encountered a language barrier with the receptionist which made it difficult to communicate my needs, particularly regarding my limited mobility due to recent Achilles surgery. I had specifically requested a room in the main building for easier access but was assigned one quite far away, and the lack of clear signage made navigating the property a challenge.While I understand the hotel may have been busy, the staff's response to my concerns was disappointing. I was simply told that no other rooms were available, without any effort to explore alternative solutions or offer assistance. Additionally, the presence of a mosquito in the room further detracted from my comfort.For future guests, I would suggest clearer signage throughout the property and perhaps a more proactive approach to addressing guest needs, especially those with mobility limitations.
