I found the Leuen Comfortable,...

Liked: The Leuen was well maintained, clean and comfortable . All the staff were welcoming , very helpful and friendly. Great food and excellent service in the restaurant. We stayed 3 days and ate all our meals at the hotel.
Disliked: I have a mobility problem and found the steep steps into the hotel and up to the reception desk a bit of a challenge. This was compensated by the wonderful staff who helped with carrying bags for me.

Liked: Breakfast was amazing, nice selection and staff were helpful too.

OK for short stay.

Liked: Nice breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, free underground parking. Great safe, coffee machine in room.`
Disliked: Our reserved deluxe double room was not available when we checked in. Standard room was very tight with our luggage. AC did NOT work properly on very hot summer days of our visit. No elevator to upstairs room makes this hotel difficult for travelers wit substantial luggage.
