Ideally located boutique hotel

Liked: Chic & modern. Incredibly comfortable bed. Huge mirrors! Giant towels & classy body products. Good minibar selection. Four coffee shops within a block. Close to Fitzroy, parks, museums & the tennis!
Disliked: Maybe a simple breakfast box to take away (or to the room) – coffee, pastry, water – for those who don't want a seated meal? More use of roofdeck?
