Welcoming Hotel Clean and Comfortable...

Liked: The hotel is welcoming when you arrive .The reception staff made me feel very welcome and were very efficient .My room was very clean and comfortable.The bed was really comfortable and as a result i had a great nights sleep .The breakfast offered a great choice and was plentiful and good quality .I would definitely stay there again .

Nice but avoid the restaurant!

Liked: Nice setting, nice staff, nice spa area.
Disliked: Restaurant was bad, and charge you a 10% fee on top. Ended up eating in the bar but that wasn’t great either.

Liked: Food was excellent. Facilities excellent. Staff were great and very helpful. Location perfect for visiting Lancaster

Good spot but extra charges...

Liked: Good spot to spend a night at. The staff were charming and very helpful. Clean and comfortable. But nothing too special. There some extra charges that snuck in unexpectedly such as a tray service free for room service and a parking fee despite it being the hotels car park and we were staying there and there is no other way of getting there. I’d expect that these charges would be built into the cost as a resident of the hotel.
