Disliked: Room to small and shower right next to excuse of a bed it was basically a bed thrown into an old storage room to be honest and bed so uncomfortable i was lucky if i got about 2 hours sleep in total and very claustrophobic 😡😡😡

Disliked: Stains on the wall . Room on top floor no lift access

Adequate basic hotel.

Liked: Clean and quiet basic hotel close to Lancaster Gate and Hyde Park. Friendly and helpful reception staff.
Disliked: My room ( No. 16) was probably the smallest hotel room I have ever been in, and the bed has short if you are tall. No toilet in the room: a shared toilet was up 2 flights of stairs. The room was very cold with unreliable heating, and the TV did not work reliably.

Fantastic Location Next to Major...

Liked: Great location and incredible staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The rooms were easy to find and clean.
Disliked: The beds weren’t the most comfortable to sleep in. We could feel the springs in the bed. Would have also liked places to put our clothes/suitcases so that they didn’t have to sit on the floor.
