Liked: The location was great. Close to Paddington and the center of London.
Disliked: Terribly advertised. The picture online looks nothing like the actual room. Our lock to the door didn't work. We had to climb almost 5 flights of stairs to the bedroom (no lift) and we were told there was an airport shuttle online and then told that that is not offered once we arrived. The price is way too high for what you are offered.

Disliked: As the building was so old, the floors were uneven, this itself was not an issue. The issue was the bed had not been levelled, so I constantly felt I was falling off the bed and consequently had a very poor sleep. I didn't have any coasters / chucks to try level the bed at 3am when I realised what the issue was..

(Very) budget accommodation but safe...

Liked: This is a safe and secure budget hotel located very conveniently close to Paddington station, and as such we use it often. But it's also basic and no-frills. As long as you know that going in you'll be fine.
Disliked: The beds weren't super-comfortable - the mattresses had certainly seen better days. And there was only one main light that had to be turned off at the switch by the door. A switch near the bed would have helped. Also, the plug sockets were inconveniently situated if you wanted to boil the kettle.
