Disliked: No continental breakfast which I kind of expected, but don’t tell me the pool is working and the hot tub isn’t because the pool was disgusting Other than that, it was a place to rest

Horrifying Hotel Room Experience

Liked: The front lady was kind.
Disliked: The hotel room was a total disaster. The front door lock didn't work properly, and the carpet had numerous stains, including blood. The room was extremely dirty, with mold in the bathroom and blood stains on the bed covers. Although they provided coffee, the coffee machine was missing. The heater didn't work, and despite calling the front desk multiple times, no one answered. The temperature during my stay was between 36-40°F, and we had to sleep in a freezing room without any blankets. The pillows were not real pillows but sofa cushions. The toilet was clogged, and the bathroom sink wouldn't drain. The TV didn't work, and the room walls were filthy. I can't understand how a hotel in such poor condition hasn't been shut down by the city. This was the most terrifying and horrifying experience I've ever had in a hotel. The stairs leading to the room were very dark. To top it all off, they charged a $150 deposit for a room in such terrible condition. The bed sheets had hairs on them, which was absolutely disgusting.
