Liked: The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Our stay there was very comfy and peaceful.
Disliked: Outside grounds, to the right of the main entrance, needed a little TLC.There was one young man working late night at the front desk who was not friendly. When we returned from an outing I asked him if he was having a good evening and he said no and continue to look down and do something on his personal phone.

Liked: The location is lovely. I enjoyed walking out of the front doors and into a misty beautiful view above the lake.
Disliked: I wish there were breakfast options for purchase.

Liked: Erika instantly connected with us and made us feel comfortable . She actually made our stay.First impressions are incredibly important.Regardless, the is quaint and clean.Staff all very friendly.Will certainly come back.

Liked: It was a wonderfully restful atmosphere and location. Rooms were well appointed and beds comfortable ( and good AC )Diane on the front desk was wonderful
Disliked: very limited amenities, such as breakfast; and a limited ( by time ) self-serve coffee/tea bar in the lobby area. That was disappointing as it seemed to be a perfect spot for an evening dinner overlooking the lake & valley
