Amazing stay - exceeded expectations...

Liked: From the moment that I walked in and spoke to Ashleigh to check me in, the staff were amazingly friendly and went out of their way to help me.The room was basic as expected, but was very clean and had everything that was needed.I always worry about shared bathrooms but WOW WOW WOW - they were better than a lot of five star hotels that I’ve stayed in !!Well done everyone !!!

Suits the purpose

Liked: I cannot say it was super clean as there was some dust on the shelf and other surfaces (corners of room) but generally the place overall felt clean. We stayed there for the night only, price/quality suited our needs.Bathroom is shared but felt clean too
Disliked: You have to consider that this is a backpacker kinda motel, there a pool (game) and bar downstairs so it was super noisy until late, had to sleep with earplugs as heard a lot of laughing and screaming. If you are not bothered by noisy or not there to sleep, then you will be fine, otherwise try to find a quiter place

Liked: Everything about the LPH is fantastic. It's like coming home. All the staff are great, even remember my drink after my last stay a month earlier.
Disliked: There is nothing not to love. Great place to stay highly recommend

Good pub accomodation

Liked: Location, close to the university, plus normal residential area. Was made to feel welcome immediately by staff, and I could tell they ran the downstairs business very well and were keeping an eye on everyone's needs. Liked the room, cute, well looked after.
Disliked: The bathroom, I learned my lesson, I should have been up early and went first. Both bathrooms were not in good condition by the time I got to them and guests were not very considerate of others staying...
