Liked: Proximity to John Hunter Hospital for my spinal surgery, availability of hotel's dining, beverages, and entertainment.
Disliked: Stairs that I had to ascend and descend. There are no glasses and water in the refrigerator. I had to walk through the hallway during the night to the beverage making room. And get a cup to use in the bathroom.

Generally I enjoyed my stay...

Liked: I like the hotel venue closer to the park. I enjoyed sitting at the outdoor area of the hotel venue, great fresh air and great park view on a sunny day. I spoke with the room attendant who is polite and kind with smile and helpful.
Disliked: It will be nice to have a small box of tissue inside the room. There aren't any hand washing gel for washing hands in the shared bathroom. I am not tall enough to get the mug in the tea/coffee area. The staff downstairs are helpful when I asked questions and ordered my food.
