Liked: Location. 2 blocks from Penn Station.
Disliked: The bed was pretty dreadful. No glass for water. No chair.

Good value, nice place.

Liked: Close proximity to Madison Square Garden and the subway system. Very convenient, clean and more reasonably priced.
Disliked: Common floor bathrooms so had to wait for one to open up at times.

Liked: At a time of year when the cost of staying at a hotel in Manhattan was through the roof, the hostel offered a helpful alternative. The cost, while still expensive, was reasonable, but the facility was well-maintained, the bed comfortable, and the shared bathrooms were clean.
Disliked: There wasn't anything I didn't like. The place is close to Penn Station, easily reached within a few minutes' walk. I would stay here again if hotels continue to be unaffordable.

Liked: NOTHING
Disliked: It wad a dirty filthy hole. The owners weren't very helpful. Only 1 towel to share between 2 persons as apparently the laundry wasn't done from the day before. Got a coat stolen from the kitchen area the owner thought this was very funny.

Liked: Welcoming staff at checkin, clean bathroom, never occupied (enough bathrooms for the guests)
