Liked: The location is perfect
Disliked: The management laughed when I requested a refund or discount due to a 12+ hour power outage. What a wonderful weekend to spend in a hot pitch black hotel with no amenities.

Liked: The shower was hot and had good pressure.
Disliked: Had a stay booked for 2 nights.....Only stayed one due to condition of the place. There were bugs crawling on the bedspread. I complained to the front desk.... The person gave us a "renovated" room (which I found out later wasnt). This room had cobwebs connecting the two lamps between the two beds. Ok...so we were exhausted and decided to try to sleep.... Mattress must have been 50 years old. I ended up sleeping on the bedding on the floor. We checked out in the morning. Never again

Beyond expectations.

Liked: I booked here at the last minute and the price for the room was the best around the area. When I got to the property, I was told they'd have to upgrade my room to a condo. That in and of itself was a welcomed relief, as I had been driving for 13 hrs and just wanted to get some rest. Although I used little more than a bed and bathroom, it was quite a nice experience and I will now seek this place out when in the area..

Liked: Absolutely horrible trip we were moved twice from two different rooms because there were ants all over the place and the toilet and sinks were leaking. They put us in a so-called suite which basically had another square foot or two upon. We were later kicked out because they were exterminating or bombing the place. The only good thing is it’s a decent rate so a couple days later we tried to book again and upgrading to a townhome at that time. They informed me that there was feces on the floor of the room and I was no longer able to stay there. This is 100% a false claim without a doubt absolutely made up by the staff, the cleaning crew and or the manager. There’s absolutely no way we left CC’s on the floor of that room.
