Disliked: It was dark. Not much lighting in the parking lot and the entrance on the back side of hotel. It smelled of mold and mildew. The more expensive rooms might be nice, but the cheap rooms are disgustingly nasty, took the cheap room because I just needed a room for the night because my granddaughter was having surgery the next morning.

Disliked: Appearance is very run down/dated. Elevator wasn’t working. No towels available at pool, which opened late. Air conditioning in room wasn’t working properly, notified front desk, would check it out after our departure. Checked in early on a Saturday. Requested a cot for our room. We were told housekeeping may be gone for the day and no one available to retrieve, so would check. Never received.

Liked: Booked at the hotel which was under construction at the time, was moved to one of the condos which was gorgeous
Disliked: Jacuzzi tub wasn't working

Liked: The staff was super friendly and helpful when me and my coworker needed more towels. The price was amazingly affordable!
