Liked: The location of the hotel was very easy to get to. Staff were very good and available despite being a bank holiday. Used the spa facilities were very clean and exceptionally good.
Disliked: Lady at the reception tried to charge us for for a bill we did not know and we had not ordered.

We stayed for our wedding...

Liked: Despite there being Christmas parties on it was lovely and quiet in our room. It was clean and comfortable, my only quibble was how cold it was during the night then how hot it was in the morning

Liked: We have stayed at Lakeside many times and it’s always been fabulous !
Disliked: If I could say one negative thing it would be the lighting in the rooms .. even with all lights on it’s still so dark ..
