The room had been just renovated and looked fantastic - up with the times and all necessary items checked. I will definitely consider to stay again.

Need more attention from house...

Liked: When we got there one of the sheets had sprinkles of blood color like, I got two rooms for 4 nights 3 days and in none of the days they didn't clean our rooms, we had to ask for conditioner because the bottle was empty since the first day. The outside of the place was nice, and peaceful. While we were in the shower the light kept turning off.

Great location. Parking extremely reasonable.

Liked: This was a small, clean, up to date facility with no room service or mini bar. I was there for only one night and would stay there again
Disliked: The only draw back was no hotel shuttle, as it was less than 3 miles from John Wayne Airport. Uber was pricey getting to hotel with tip approximately $30 roundtrip.

Disliked: I would have liked to have the digital key check in that this hotel had as a Hilton property as I travel a lot.

Liked: My experience at Lakeside Orange County airport hotel has been extraordinary. It’s super great convenient location with great accessories in the hotel room although I wish they could offer free breakfast, but I mean for the most part it is good.

Disliked: The lady with glasses at the front end who checked me in was really rude. She didn’t even greet me or even smiled. She looked like she hated her job. She needs some more training on her customer service. The place was great but because of her I wouldn’t go back.
