Great location.

Liked: Fantastic location with an amazing view. Clean and good-sized room.Clean towels and bins emptied daily. Short flat walk into town. We ended up staying an extra night. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The kitchen is dated. Parking easily fills up, and then you need to park in the street.

Liked: The location of the motel is fantastic, an easy walk into the centre & boardwalk. The staff were friendly & helpful. Our room was a good size with a balcony a great view of the lake which was great for an evening wine & morning coffee. The bed & pillows were very comfortable & towels were soft & fluffy. The kitchen was dated, musty & needed a really good clean. We didn't use it as it just felt dirty. The bathroom was a little more modern but again needed a good clean. Due to the location & price I would stay here again.

Disliked: Dirty cupboards in kitchen. main entry door in disrepair. Bathroom windows covered in dirt. Laundry smell through out whole motel complex.

Disliked: The water pressure in the bathroom was such it wet us. Also was disappointed to see the body wash in the bathroom in small plastic containers. Not environmentally wise

Liked: Great location and price was good for Queenstown. Kitchen was not as clean as I expected and needed upgrading. Smoke alarm missing from its mounting which really concerned us.
