Liked: Clean quiet, appreciated the kitchenette facilities. Easy checkin, friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Windows can open for fresh air, radiant floor heating is great.
Disliked: Backs up on another hotel parking lot - not much they can do about that!

Quick stay but disappointed this...

Liked: The room seemed very clean and well stocked.The owner was very friendly and helpful.Have stayed here previously and was expecting the same great facility but very disappointed this time. If I book again I will make sure not to get room #102.
Disliked: The room had a musty, moldy smell. I thought it was just because it hadn't been opened up. The smell got very intense and kept me awake. It seemed to be coming from the bathroom. I closed the door to the bathroom during the night and the smell was less intense. Think the drains or the ceiling fan has some issues.The mattress was a little too soft for me. I had room #102 next to the office and being a light sleeper it was quite noisy with people going in and out of doors early into the morning. I could hear banging & tv going much of the night . Woke me up at 1:30am, then again at 2:00, 2:30-3am. Terrible sleep & hard to drive long distance the next day. Wouldn't recommend that room to anyone.

Hidden Gem in North Bay

Liked: Great little mom-and-pop motel! Hidden gem in a great location on a quiet street. Would stay again.
Disliked: Water pressure was low for showering and no breakfast.

Liked: Location was great - close to the beach and on a quiet street. Room was spacious and comfortable. Wonderful AC! Staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower was a bit lacking. Made it difficult to wash and rinse my hair well. No breakfast.
