Tolerable

Liked: Property is by the lake which is awesome, has An elevator, an ice machine, a good parking space options.
Disliked: Check needs to be done OUTSIDE AND FARTHER from the property itself coz there is not even one representative on site that can facilitate check in. The couch is so worn out and leather is already torn thus looks nasty. The extra bed is unsafe to use. Good that we brought our own inflatable bed.

Great location in beautiful updated...

Liked: Beautiful updated property close to the beach. We really love Lakeland Village. It was our second time there, first time in the lodge. We loved the garage parking, the loft, the ice-makers. The unit was super cute, nicely decorated. This is such a great location.
Disliked: The bed in the master bedroom was so bad I had to sleep on the couch. My back aches so badly from it. Seemed as though it was an egg crate top over plywood. We couldn’t sleep. Took several times asking for toilet paper. We were so sad they got rid of the shuttles to state line and had to Uber or drive there. The Lake Link app was available but a ride wait time was two hours. I would definitely come back if they got new beds but unfortunately sleeping on plywood for a week is a deal breaker for my family.

Disappointing

Liked: Close to the lake
Disliked: My bed and a huge dip in it like it was 45 years old. The furniture had holes and the fabric was peeling off. The refrigerator spelt like something died in it. The upstairs had no air conditioner and no standing fan. The tvs did not work. It looked like it had not been maintained in decades. For the price I would have expected at least a new bed and furniture that didn’t look like it was a hand me down.

I recommend lake front property the most.

Liked: Loved the fire pit during night hours and it was peaceful. Really enjoyed walking out to the decks. Close walking distance to the stores and eating places.
Disliked: Window needed cleaning in living room. Overall
