Will definitely stay here again....

Liked: Really quiet, no noise from main road. Lovely view from upstairs balcony. Very clean and comfy. Alice on reception very welcoming and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing really as only there one night. Perhaps a toaster in room for a late night snack if staying longer.

I wouldn't stay there again.

Liked: The room was clean & the receptionist was pleasant.
Disliked: The bed was very old and the chair was so hard and old, they had put a cover over it but I believe both the chair & bed need to be put in the rubbish.

Happy to recommend Lakeland Resort

Liked: Everything was 10/10. Rooms and Reception area were very clean and presentable, breakfast was adequate and the staff were very welcoming and friendly especially Tai who was very helpful as I had a infant with me. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Disliked: No complaints
