Uniquely glamorous, chic, and classy...

Liked: Unique concept, very avant garde design. Exceptional in pretty much every way, from the lighting to the incredible toilet which must be tried to be believed. Super comfortable, nothing homely or rustic about it, just a very European feel and cool artsy vibes.
Disliked: Just one thing — the smoke detector is directly above the bed and it flashes like a strobe light all night long . Woke me up at 1:30 am and couldn’t go back to sleep.

My experience was a bit...

Liked: I did like the view and the ground floor restaurant as the service was excellent, and the food was fantastic.
Disliked: Oddly enough, you advertise that a customer receives a complimentary breakfast for the nights stay, but when I inquired about this at the front desk in the morning the clerk conveyed that they did not offer complimentary breakfast. She stated that we would have to pay for a la carte breakfast at the restaurant on the third floor. On another note, there was some type of accounting error, and after checking my bank card statement the 100 dollar deposit does not appear as a credit. As we did not charge anything to the room, and we did not take anything that belonged to the hotel (towels, irons, robes etc.) I was surprised. I did try to inquire several times, but no one was in the finance office to take my call, and no one returned my messages. Strange. I did notice that all floors above the 4th were unoccupied, so I highly suspect you might be having a census problem. But, that's just a guess. Respectfully,Mr. Allbright MSEd., PsyD.
