Liked: The location and the fun room and fun bar
Disliked: I would have liked somewhere to get a small breakfast to go.

Fun and relaxing

Liked: Love the nespresso coffee maker, the mini fridge, comfortable beds, and the electric toilet. Excellent restaurants and beautiful art sculptures in the outdoor garden! Such a beautiful, artsy hotel and located right next to fun Boxi Park!
Disliked: No ice maker on the floor. Had to call for ice. Wished there was a hot tub at the pool area.

Liked: The room was fantastic, overall the staff were very good, we felt safe and the decor was outstanding.
Disliked: My only criticism hence I cannot put top marks were as we were hurricane guests evacuated and trying to put a claim into BA upon our return we had confirmed with reception that we were all splitting the bill to make the claim easier. However they used the two credit cards on file hours before we were due to check out and charged them before our late check out which had been agreed and put on our bill two days prior. The receptionist was v v unhelpful and also claimed she knew nothing about a late check out despite if being put on the room charge.

Disliked: The location was very isolating. There is a town center there but nothing else.
