Great base for Rotorua with...

Liked: Lake Lodge is in the perfect location right on the lake to enjoy Rotorua. Walking distance to Eat Street and all that downtown has to offer. Our host, Barry was very helpful and accommodating. The room had a lovely view to the lake and was super clean and had all we needed for our one-night stay.

Liked: Excellent location within walking distance of everything you could want! Comfy bed, the space has everything you need. Clean.
Disliked: The heated pool wasn't warm and there were two cockroaches in the unit.

Liked: John was helpful, informative about which attractions to go for and we had a good sized comfortable room with everything we needed to cook breakfast. It was close to Eat Street for restaurants. The pool is tiny but it felt very private and I loved it. However you are on the CCTV.

Amazing!

Liked: Great location close to everything, size of the 2 bedroom apartment was great, customer service was next to none, the manager was extremely helpful, everything was great.
Disliked: The shower is the only thing that needs improving. There was a fine margin between very hot and very cold and the pressure wasnt great. We also had a minor issue with the pullout sofa bed which was a bit tricky to get out.
