Liked: The couples massage was the best massage ever very satisfied.
Disliked: Signage posted for the hot tub NO KIDS UNDER 6 YEARS OLD ! THERE WERE KIDS JUMPING IN THE HOT TUB OVER YOUR HEAD . 2 STAFF MEMBERS DID NOTHING . FOR THIS I WILL NEVER GO BACK . IGLOO HEATERS AT DINNER DIDNT WORK AND WE NEEDED TO BE SEATED INSIDE . REFUND WAS IMMEDIATELY GIVEN .

Overall my stay was ok....

Liked: I liked that the property had a great location. The place is very clean. The staff was very polite.
Disliked: I was disappointed that the person I checked in with did not tell me that I had to put a parking pass in my car, and that there was a bunch of great coupons in the little folder she gave me. I just felt there could have been a little bit more information given upon check in. The heating unit in my room was very noisy. Nice remodeled room with a dirty older Heating/AC unit. Was so noisy I had to switch rooms at 11pm at night. They were very helpful with getting me in a different room. They did accommodate quickly. However. I can’t believe they remodeled the entire room and left that old dirty unit. I felt that was kind of ridiculous to leave that. Was just a pain to switch rooms.
