What you see is not...

Liked: The room we booked was not the room we were given. We had to pay extra for the room in the photos on the website.
Disliked: There was a beautiful tv in the room we had to pay extra for, but there was no cablevision or internet access to the tv, rendering the tv useless. And the bed was not comfortable at all, extremely firm and very hard on my back.

Disliked: The host barely spoke English and answered the door in pyjamas. The bed was the most awful thing I've ever slept on. I might as well have been sleeping on a box spring or a bed of bricks. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. The place was empty but somehow I was put in a tiny room with a view of the driveway. There was no toilet paper anywhere. There was used towels still in the bathroom from other previous guest. The place is an absolute joke and is just as expensive as a hotel. Do not ever stay here

Disappointing

Disliked: The booked room was announced as having 24 m2 with garden views but our room had 15 m2 maximum and street view. Also it is totally unacceptable that there were cameras installed in the living room area.

Disliked: We had to wait for the host to check in even though we gave our estimated arrival time. Towels, toilet paper, cups were missing, so we had to call the owner to ask for them. The owner didn't speak English very well, so communication was a bit challenging. Shower wasn't working well and was not very clean either. All these wouldn't be much of an issue if the price was not that high. I feel for the prime rate they charge, the accommodation was far from it.
