Good and bad points

Liked: The location of the property is lovely. The inside was decorated nicely for Christmas. Room was comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: The walk from the car park to reception is not very well lit. Unfortunately, this resulted in a minor fall for my husband. Hotel staff saw the fall and went to assist. Need more lighting and perhaps repositioning of plant pots. In addition, whilst room was comfy and warm, and the bed really comfortable, housekeeping could do with removing cobwebs above the bed on the ceiling. Not something I would expect from an establishment such as this one.
