Disliked: our room was noisy on the main road. the air con wasnt working which meant there was a portable machine extracted through the window. This meant the window didnt close and was even louder

Liked: The overall property was good. Just not our room
Disliked: We paid for ocean front with balcony thinking we would a private balcony looking on to the ocean where we could enjoy the view from our room. Instead our room was set back with obstructed views and the balcony was shared… not only that our neighbors had to cross our section to access their room so we ended up having to have fully closed shutters in our room to have any privacy. False advertising rip off. I told the staff he said we could check out and get a refund but by that time nothing else similar was available. I emailed the property twice about this.
