We were very pleased with...

Liked: We had a wonderful vacation. the room was good. Breakfasts were good and of course the location is wonderful.

Was a beautiful location, with...

Liked: The food was excellent, and the staff was extremely friendly.
Disliked: Lower the price of food, and valet parking.

Liked: The booking I had was not available when I arrived so they downgraded me and charged me more that the nicer suite!!!
Disliked: The room was a suite, but was on the ground floor next to the roudy pool

Liked: We had a fantastic time here. Randy, at the front desk, really helped start our mini vacation out wonderfully. He exceeded our expectations in customer service, well done! The room was super clean and the pool had bar service which after a long week of working, a mai tai at the pool was all I wanted (and that mai tai was delish)! The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing!! Beach, boats, restaurants, shopping all a few steps away. We will be back and we’ll bring our kids next time.
