Very nice hotel, would recommend...

Liked: The hotel and room specifically was very nice and clean. The staff at the lobby were very friendly and clear on any information.

Good

Liked: Close to the airport so good for overnight stay. Free shuttle.
Disliked: The air cond in the room was very loud. The bathroom was cold and no hot water in the morning.

Disliked: Front doors closed for construction all day and open at night. Had to go around a side entrance. Asked the bell hop about getting a TAXI. He said desk would get one. They called a private transfer that cost me over $80 and made me late to doctors appt in city. They said they would rectify that and then called the next am and made demeaning comments to my 19 year old about the situation. Never offered any rectification.

Liked: communication from front desk regarding hotel shuttle was great. The shuttle driver was very friendly and the whole shuttle service very efficient. I really appreciated that they picked us up at the Hertz office and brought us to the hotel.

Disliked: The pool could of been warmer and the water. It was too cold.

Disliked: The bed sheet and pillow case I slept on smelled perfume as if someone had slept on them. The water in the shower backed up. The heater was loud. No complimentary drinking water in the room consider the price that was charged.
