Liked: I liked that the staff at the Horseshoe Hotel and Casino rectified the mess up of the Lady Lucks staff.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that nobody was available at the check-in desk. I used the kiosk to check in, had to use my credit card again, plus the room was NOT CLEAN!!!! It was obvious to my partner and I that the room was recently used, as the bed was unmade and dirty towels were thrown about the bathroom.
