An incredible stay!!

Liked: Such a beautiful boujee hotel. Close to the train station and bars that I had planned. Staff were very friendly and helpful. So glad to have found this lovely hotel.

Great location, nice hotel, poor...

Liked: The location was excellent, the hotel was a really nice building. The room I had was really spacious
Disliked: The light coming into the room because of a huge light in the outside of the building made it difficult to sleep. The air conditioning unit was very noisy and needed to be turned off to sleep. I was very disappointed with the breakfast for the price I paid. The food quality was poor with cheap products

Good location, decent rooms but...

Liked: The rooms were decent.
Disliked: The staff didn't provide the service expected. Upon checking in the member of staff barley lifted their head up to greet me as I walked in or offered to help with the two suitcases I was struggling with. Nothing was explained about the hotel and services. When we left no thanks for staying with us or again helping with our bags.

Liked: Nice and central fir all our requirements on this trip
Disliked: Poor selection of coffee in the rooms facilities. Lots of tea, especially decaffeinated.

Liked: Absolutely brilliant,stayed in the hideout,very,very quiet and dark room considering we were in the middle of Nottingham,large comfy bed,large tv loads of space, excellent location for motorpoint( war of the worlds)Breakfast was first class,will be booking again 100%
