Birthday night away in Nottingham

Liked: Our room was very spacious clean and comfortable when we booked in was told we had been upgraded ☺️ And the breakfast was really good plenty of choice
Disliked: No complaints

Good location, but high price...

Liked: Good location in nice area of the town
Disliked: High price for "mini-double" room with few facilities. Noisy room due to position directly next to hallway doors and main lift. Room was also not very clean (a lot of dust), perhaps not used for some time. Old window and difficult to open.

Liked: Staff on reception were really friendly and accommodating
Disliked: The room wasn’t clean and I’m not fussy. Very dusty. I stayed in a much nicer one at this hotel before. Floorboards were so loud and uneven (I almost tripped) very dated and tacky room and the bathroom hadn’t even been cleaned properly. To finish it off housekeeping knocked loudly on my door 3 times from 10.30 when check out is 11
