Liked: Friendly staff, great location and nicely designed room
Disliked: The smart tv hadn’t been set up properly so that you were unable to cast from your phone or log into the Netflix app on the tv

It ok for one night

Liked: Good location and nice stuff
Disliked: Besides the bathroom, the room I got was old. Some will find it charming but I didn’t appreciate the lighting, the decor and no power outlets near the bed.

Fantastic location and very clean...

Liked: Great spot to be in Nottingham, For shops, pubs, and restaurants. Lovely old building .great view from our room st Mary's church..Lovely cosy old pub joined to the hotel for drinks .very clean
Disliked: If I had to be picky, curtains were a little worn in places in our room and a cracked tile on the bathroom floor .

Very enjoyable NYE stay in...

Liked: Check in was smooth and we were informed that we had been given a complimentary upgrade which as great. Special shout out to Lewis who managed our requests prior to arrival
Disliked: We had some noise from the heating in the room early in the morning which disturbed our sleep. I managed to work out what the issue was and the noise stopped. The hotel were good enough to apply a discount due to this.
