Disappointing

Disliked: My sheets had burn holes in them, the towels were dirty and I found a few dead bugs in my room. The towels also were a bit damp when I went to dry off. My Pillows had some stains on them as well, it was quite unpleasant.

Liked: NO BREAKFAST....AS ADVERTISED NOTHING MUCH TO LIKE AT THIS PLACE FOR THE PRICE $45-50 WOULD BE A FAIRER PRICE
Disliked: NO BREAKFAST AS ADVERTISED FALSE ADVERTISING. Half the time the key card did not work on building entry. Telephone did not work and needed changing. Bed sometimes made even though I gave permission for room entry

I will NEVER even attempt...

Liked: Well, had I gotten the opportunity to even experience the property I could have possibly found one “like” however, upon arriving for check in the person at the desk had no knowledge of my reservation nor were there any rooms available
Disliked: If I could have rated my experience as a zero I’m sure I would have. How embarrassing is it to walk in for check in to be told that you do t have a reservation and SOMEBODY ( not sure if it was Booking or the property) but SOMEBODY dropped the ball and my family was left stranded in Houston during g a family getaway.
