Liked: This hotel is beautiful and very relaxing! It’s also a very short walk to the Parian, where you can listen to Mariachi and shop at the beautiful shops of Tlaquepaque. The staff was very kind and helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

A wonderfully relaxing Mexican experience!

Liked: The staff were welcoming and attentive to your needs. The main pool and gauzy were nice. The entire area had an abundance of plants, flowers and trees which made it an oasis in the city. Lots to do and see within walking distance of the hotel. Room 21 had a great layout for our family of four.
Disliked: The secondary pool water was pretty cloudy so we did not use it, which made us have to cross the road the use the main pool.

Excellent stay and Beautiful hotel

Liked: We had a GREAT stay! The property is so beautiful. It’s like a hidden gem inside. We only stayed one night so we did not use the pool. The only thing I did not like is that the parking was across the street and you had to get them to open the gate if you needed to get in your car. So it’s a little inconvenient walking back-and-forth. We had our dogs with us and there’s nowhere for them to go to the bathroom inside… No grass or anything… But we took them outside and walked them on the sidewalk. There was no refrigerator and no microwave and I don’t think they had ice but that was OK. We would definitely stay there again included free breakfast and two free drinks.
