Very good all round hotel

Exceptional

Liked: Well located hotel. Very quiet despite the busy central location. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely, super friendly and helpful. The hotel was good value for money when everything was taken into consideration. Certainly one we would return to if visiting Lillie again.
Disliked: The annoying issue with how difficult it was to open the door!! Minor inconvenience though.

Don’t attempt to stay her...

Liked: Can’t answer that because we never got there.
Disliked: It is inaccessible by car. There’s not even a possibility to park outside to offload luggage. It’s in a busy one way system with bus lanes outside which are cordoned off.I called the hotel, they said that the parking reserved was 10 minutes walk. It was raining, 10 minutes for us usually translates to at least 15 plus having to stop to catch breath and check the route.We gave up, parked at the station and booked into the Hilton.
