Charming and relaxing stay

Liked: Design was charming. Staff was warm and helpful. Fantastic location in the idyllic neighborhood of Roma Norte.
Disliked: Be ready to climb some stairs, there is no elevator

Great hotel - poor experience for us

Liked: The room was stunning and in a good neighbourhood.
Disliked: Our room wasnt ready when we arrived even though we got to the hotel 3.5hrs after the room was supposed to be ready. Some of the staff also were not very helpful and a little rude.

Exceptional

Liked: Loved everything!! The rooms are amazing, the beds are like clouds. There are personal touches like breakfast served in the room, a mezcal night cap and little notes that make the stay so special. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, they really make the stay even more special and a cut above any other hotel Ive ever stayed in.
Disliked: It was all perfect
