Disliked: 1. I was facing issues with Internet speed. Internet is now a basic commodity. We can't live without internet. 2. Some of the staff did not acknowledge the internet issue (bad), some of the staff acknowledged it, saying they have heard similar complained from other guests, and management has been made aware, but they can't do anything (Ok), and some of the staff offered to exchange the room, which actually solved the problem (good)3. Housekeeping can do a better job in serving the requests quicker

Disliked: The parking lot had like little mountain. It was little hard to park especially parking facing down.

Liked: The staff here was absolutely amazing! So kind and friendly they gave us water bottles snacks, and we’re super accommodating to all of our other needs. It was very close to the mall, which is what we were looking for literally right across the street. Also free parking. The room was very clean and we are very comfortable the entire time. The couch was super comfy too, which was surprising.
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like was the room did have a stale smell. However, the staff was so amazing. Got us some smell goods right away. I also just bought a candle and lit it and that was totally fine.

Liked: Great location, free parking
Disliked: The room was big and spacious. It just had a stale odor and needed to be aired out (windows didn’t open). However it wasn’t a big deal.

Liked: is right by the mall for the snow flake lane parade so you can walk back no traffic issues or anything and its free breakfast is very decent.
Disliked: water was warm in showers
